Josef Jasso “ Big FUN HOUSE!!” Art Exhibit with OGALLERYLA in The West Adams Arts District at INFINITY ROOM

Josef Jasso is back bigger and better with an installation into his colorful and quirky world. Coming off his recent exhibit at The Lost Warhols Museum entitled “OH, NO! It’s JOSEF JASSO” in 2020, a really difficult year for everyone with the pandemic, Jasso feels with this in mind that it would benefit everyone to create this fun house exhibit in partnership with OGALLERY LA and Owner Orlando Aguillen and Curator Steve Galindo #THESTYLEGUYDE to show imagery of his artistic journey this past decade with a sense of levity and much needed escape. BIG FUN HOUSE is a pop art installation with very colorful inflatable furniture and imagery and even more colorful people. The exhibit features some of popular culture’s most beloved figures with an emphasis on BIG FUN!!

“My work is directly reflective of my latino upbringing. I reference colors the way that I experienced them as a child and saw style in a way from my family that I saw as a way to showcase confidence and notions of individuality. The visual language found in the latino culture is rich and you can see that injected all throughout my work. I am proud to be a working latino artists and have my work communicate my ideas and my culture to everyone.It is why showcasing in the West Adams Arts District with OGALLERY LA is very important and poignant to me. TO introduce the art world and community to cross the isle big fun !!”
